Sense Perfume is a D2C fragrance brand operated by Suraj Verma, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We sell designer-inspired eau de parfums through our website senseperfume.in.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
• Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• We accept prepaid payments (card, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), where a ₹199 COD handling charge applies and is payable at delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any prepaid amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, with delivery in 2–7 business days depending on location. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for damaged/wrong items or unopened, unused products; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images — is the property of Sense Perfume and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Product Use & Disclaimer

Fragrance products should be used as directed and kept out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for misuse of the product.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sense Perfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
