At Sense Perfume, we want you to love what you order. Because fragrances are personal care products, our returns process is built around hygiene requirements while still giving you a fair path to a resolution if something goes wrong.1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.Return cost at a glance: Unopened, unused returns carry a flat ₹99 return handling charge, deducted from your refund. If your order arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or missing an item, the return is free, no charge, full refund.
2. What Can Be Returned
We accept returns under the following two conditions:- Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item if your product arrived broken, leaking, incorrect, short in quantity, or otherwise not as ordered.
- Unopened and unused items if the outer seal, shrink wrap, and box are fully intact and the bottle has not been used or tampered with.
Once a bottle’s seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be accepted for return, in line with standard hygiene and safety practice for personal care and fragrance products.
Return Shipping Charge: A flat ₹99 return handling charge applies on unopened, unused returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.This charge does not apply if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing. Such orders are refunded or returned in full, with no deduction and no cost to you.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at senseluxury.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged, wrong, or missing item).
- Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm whether it’s approved.
- Once approved, we’ll share pickup or self ship instructions for returning the item to us.
4. Refund Method, Cost & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Refunds are not offered as store credit, bank transfer, or any alternate method. For unopened, unused returns, a ₹99 return charge is deducted from the refund. 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed with Partial COD, please note the ₹199 COD handling charge collected at delivery is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of the COD service already rendered. Any prepaid portion of the order is refunded per the process above upon an approved return. If the order was damaged, defective, wrong, or missing an item, the COD handling charge is refunded along with the rest of your order.6. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products returned after the 7-day window.
- Products that have been opened, used, or where the seal is broken (unless the item was damaged, defective, wrong, or missing on arrival).
- Items without original packaging, box, or accessories.
- Change of mind requests once a product has already been opened.
