Delivery Information
Every Sense Perfume order is packed and dispatched from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and delivered across India. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timelines

| Transit & delivery | 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location |
Metro cities and major towns typically receive orders on the faster end of this window; remote or rural pin codes may take closer to 7 business days.
3. Payment Options at Delivery
- Prepaid orders — pay online at checkout via card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet.
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at checkout. A ₹199 COD handling charge applies and must be paid at the time of delivery, in addition to the product price.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives.
5. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-shipment or resolution.
6. Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery can occasionally be affected by weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods (such as festive sales). We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed beyond the expected window.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll resolve it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
