Which Ombre Nomade Dupe Is Actually Worth Buying?
Of the six Indian dupes compared, only two publish both a full note pyramid and a stated concentration: Sense Nomade at 25% EDP for ₹799 per 50ml, and World of Perfumers at ₹999 per 50ml. Where We Fall Short: One Honest Concession
We built Nomade at 25% EDP concentration in a 50ml bottle. That is where our ₹799 price point comes from. Two things are worth being upfront about.
First, the real per-ml price gap is smaller than the headline number. LV sells Ombre Nomade in 100ml at ₹42,500, which is ₹425 per ml. Sense Nomade at ₹799 for 50ml is ₹15.98 per ml. Divide ₹425 by ₹15.98 and the true gap is about 27 times. Comparing bottle to bottle without adjusting for size gives you roughly 53 times instead. It is still an enormous gap, but worth knowing if you are comparing fairly.
Second, our base does not fully match LV's texture. Louis Vuitton's own copy describes an oud assam sourced over months from a single plantation, faceted with benzoin and raspberry, with leathery and woody character. That raw material depth is what gives the original its drydown, and we have not fully matched it. Our oud reads a shade more linear in the base. The original's last few hours carry a smoky, almost animalic complexity ours does not fully reach. If that late-stage depth is specifically what you are chasing, no dupe on this list, including ours, gets all the way there.
